thursday vegan recipe: smoothie intense!

so after finding a blender at the thrift store for less than $4, smoothies every morning for breakfast seemed like a good idea. and the journey began, to strive to create the best smoothie recipes.

here is one of those recipes:

smoothie intense.

10 ice cubes.
4-6 strawberries.
1 banana.
1/2c soy milk.
1/2c cranberry juice.
2T wheat germ.
3T agave nectar.

chop up the fruit before placing in the blender, just to make things a lot quicker. trust...when you're in a hurry in the mornings, you'll be glad you did!

combine all ingredients in the blender, and puree until creamy. makes about 2- 16 oz glasses. enjoy!
